Both the ATC and STC are equipped with a removable half shell on the bottom attached via tripod threading. This allows them to be used in your hand or firm surface without interfering with the focusing wheel (ATC) or zoom wheel (STC), and provides stable observation even without the use of a tripod. Despite their small size, the ATC and STC delivers an unmatched level of clarity and image quality thanks to the exclusive SWAROVISION technology. Innovative lens coatings yield an impressive light transmission of 88%, as well as excellent color rendering. The ATC and STC also feature field flattener lenses to provide a nearly flat image free of distortion from edge to edge, and reveal sharp contours with flawless detail.
