Small dimensions, outstanding optics: thanks to its length of 285 mm (11.2 in), the STC spotting optic with straight view will fit in any backpack. A weight of just 980 g (34.6 oz) makes it a top choice for tours in rough terrain and remote areas. The clever half shell makes it easier to position on a surface without a tripod and allows unimpeded turning of the focusing and zoom wheel at all times. In combination with the VPA, the STC is ideal for digiscoping. The carrying strap adds the perfect finishing touch.

The ATC/STC is an ideal companion for activities where pack size and weight play a decisive role. With its compact dimensions, the spotting optic is smaller than a standard sheet of paper and will fit easily in any backpack or carry-on bag. The ATC/STC only weighs just slightly over 2 pounds and won’t slow you down on long hunts or adventures. A removable half shell is attached to the bottom of the spotting optic using the tripod thread, which allows it to rest in your hand or on a firm surface without blocking the focusing wheel (ATC) or focusing and zoom wheel (STC). This allows comfortable, stable observation even without a tripod. The carrying strap supplied can be fitted directly to the spotting optic and provides fast access.
